At 62 I had just resigned from work and was finding it a challenge to navigate my way through my Super funds. A friend put me on to Sydney Financial and I was lucky enough to have Nick Rounjak and his team sort out , reorganize my super aligning it to my lifestyle . Nicks followup was amazing as he would of sensed my confusion with the enormity of the work flow which had to happen in order for me to achieve my goals and he was careful not to move forward unless I was across everything to that point . Saw the advertisement on Facebook and filled out my details, i was already not working, because of a very serious health issue with the final result being cancer. One. Evening i received a call from Justin Nguyen from Sydney Financial, his was very polite, well spoken, and caring. I. explained my situation to Justin, and he reassured me that all would be taken care of by him, and his team. Justin. Did all the work, and i just followed his instructions, within 3 weeks i was now at least able to survive financially, a week after I received some of my super, i was finally diagnosed with cancer, and will soon start chemotherapy for 6 months today is 2/6/2024.Give. Due to loosing days at my job due to the economy, I was struggling financially. I spoke with my Super Fund but they made it all too hard. To tell the truth I was very dubious about doing this, I did my due diligence, checked out the company through ASIC, through scam watch etc. And was still freaking out till the money arrived in my account, the staff did not pressure at anytime, another practice for peace of mind was thier use of docusign, a verified document handling process with high security.
